Our work on natural capital addresses the sequestration of carbon by forests and peat bogs.

We can identify opportunities for renewable energy projects, for example, hydro plants. This work also encompasses measuring biomass volumes within forests and mapping alien species, for example, rhododendrons. You can find examples of some of this work elsewhere on the website.

Much of this work is underpinned by our use of geospatial systems.
