Environmental Impact Assessments.
Environmental Impact Assessments may focus, for example, on the impact of hydrology, pollution, ecology, carbon emissions, noise or transport. These may also form assessments on their own.

Our Environmental Impact Assessment work.
This site was afforested in the 1980s. It is a deep peat bog adjacent to a Special Site of Scientific Interest which was restored after an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) was completed. The restored bog will capture more carbon than the forest could.
In a visual impact assessment, we analyse viewpoints in urban and rural settings and quantify the impact of change – which might be temporary, long term, negative or positive – within the landscape.
Above are excerpts from a landscape and visual assessment report.
Our work in this area includes compliance with standards, tree health and safety, shadow appraisals and expert reports.
From parkland to housing estates, we provide landscape schemes and planting and maintenance specifications.
Our work on natural capital addresses the sequestration of carbon by forests and peat bogs.
Our website captures a small sample of the fascinating work we do.
